Michelle Gonzalez

Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer based in San Antonio, Texas.

Who I am. I am an instructional designer with the necessary skills to develop engaging and effective learning experiences that are authentic to learners. My applied learning and development degree from The University of Texas at Austin shaped my view on the power and the process of meaningful learning. Because of this, I am more intentional about how I design courses and content.

My process and approach. My process is simple. Create engaging and meaningful learning. I position people at the center of my process, use their funds of knowledge, identify what areas need improvement and provide solutions for them in a relevant way. All while using my creativity to build experiences that are delightful to learners.

A little more. In all that I do, personal or professionally related, I strive to produce quality work (no, really. I take my arts and crafts making very seriously.) When I feel stuck without ideas, a quick jog refuels my creativity. And when challenges arise, I take them on with optimism because for me, challenges serve as opportunities to grow and better myself. Which is why I consider myself a lifelong learner. I love learning about anything that involves a process - ask me about my clay earring making, caring for my plants or my intricate nail art designs. An opportunity to grow, is an opportunity I will not pass. I love trying new things and meeting new people.

Let’s connect so I can show you how strong our partnership can be.
